Dear EuroFAANG and FAANG members,
Please find below registration details for the upcoming EuroFAANG
(https://eurofaang.eu/) virtual training course on best practice for
submitting experiment and analysis data to FAANG.

The free virtual zoom course will take place on Thursday 7th April
13.00-17.00 BST, 14.00-18.00 CEST, 07:00-11:00 CST.
The training is funded by the GENE-SWitCH (https://www.gene-switch.eu/)
project, and will include demonstrations from the EuroFAANG Data Coordination
Centre at EMBL’s European Bioinformatics Institute on:
- Preparing, validating and submitting experiment and analysis data to the
FAANG Data Portal and public archives.
- Submitting your own custom FAANG track hubs to the Ensembl and UCSC genome
browsers through the FAANG Data Portal.
- Best practices for data openness and reproducibility.
The workshop will also include a seminar and demonstration from our BovReg
project colleagues from the Centre for Genomic Regulation on the key role
that nf-core (https://nf-co.re/) plays in standardising FAANG data analysis
and promoting reproducibility.
The training workshop is free and open to all EuroFAANG and FAANG project
members.
