Very large files? For multiple GB data files to transfer, you may apply to use our sftp service, which will be arranged on case by case basis. Send us following informartion to initiate your application:

1. We need to know who you are (Your institute, PI's name/email that we can verify)
2. We need to know your computer IP (where you are to sftp sending the data). On the computer you will perform the sftp connection:
   • If you have a web broswer, visit https://www.animalgenome.org/share/agentjimmy
   • If you don't have a web browser, use this ssh/shell command

   Copy the output to send to us.
3. Send above information to bioinfo-team@animalgenome.org, describe your needs, and a time window when you will need it.
